Step 3: Reserve Your Room
We’re so excited for you to experience the lush mountains and beautiful oceanfront in Puerto Vallarta! Below are a few tips to help make your arrival smooth and stress-free.
Immigration & Customs: Upon landing, you’ll first go through Immigration, where you’ll present your passport and customs form (usually distributed on your flight). After collecting your luggage, proceed through Customs — where your bags will be scanned.
Transportation: Please arrange your transportation prior to arrival for the easiest and most relaxing start to your trip. A few important notes:
Ubers are not permitted to pick up at the airport
Airport solicitors can be aggressive and persistent—simply walk straight through the terminal toward your pre-arranged driver or transportation service.
Taxis accept cash only (both USD and Mexican pesos are typically accepted).
